Media Rules

Before applying, you must read and agree to the all media rules.

Compliance with all media rules & regulations is mandatory for accreditation to be granted.

Application Process

As part of all applications, you must confirm that you have read and agree to all media rules & regulations. As a reminder, compliance with all media rules & regulations is mandatory for accreditation to be considered.
each media shall have life insurance policy (including for motorsports competitions) with the value of at least EUR 10000.

Please Note

It is important to note that submission of a media application is under no circumstances to be considered a guarantee that you will be granted accreditation.
All media accreditation submissions can be submitted for 1 person only and are solely for the person named on the application. Applications do not grant access for any helpers, assistants etc. Additional persons wishing to apply MUST apply separately, we don't offer+1 your relatives, friends.

TERMS

1. All freelance photographers / videographers must be assigned by an approved media jacket

2. Media Applicants must be over the age of 18 at time of event

3. Life insurance!!! COPY NEED TO SEND to [email protected]

4. Organizer of the event have the right to get all your materials on request

6. Submit to the organizers and track employees' warnings and bans during the race

7. YOU NEED TO BE IN TRACK WITH MEDIA VEST, WITHOUT WEST ,TRACK WORKERS WILL ASK YOU LEAVE TRACK LAYOUT-IT IS MANTADORY FOR THE MEDIA TO WEAR LONG TROUSERS AND CLOSED SHOES, WITHOUT THEM MEDIA WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE TRACK IMMEDIATELY.

8. IF YOU ARE IN RACE TRACK, YOU ARE TAKING ALL YOUR LIABILITY FOR YOUR LIFE AND SAFETY,AND WITH YOUR SIGNATURE YOU ARE TAKING ALL RISKS TO YOU OWN

12. Those who use Drone, to use it in event, will be specific allowance from organizer, limited count drone will be allow in race

the MEDIA confirms for the event that he agrees to all the rules, is familiar with them, and will comply with them:

• I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in drift event and competent to do so.

• I acknowledge that I understand the nature and manner of training, as well as the potential risk associated with motor sports and accept such risk.

• I possess the basic skills and knowledge required for the relevant discipline to which this application relates

• I am aware that if my health condition can negatively affect me to be as MEDIA, I cannot go to track, unless I have notified the organizer of this inability in writing, who, based on such information

• Any MEDIA application completed by a person under the age of 18 has been approved by the consent of that person's parent/legal guardian/guardian whose name and surname are listed as having completed this application;

• I understand that motorsports are dangerous and that accidents can and do cause death, disability and property damage. I understand that these risks may result in personal injury or other damages to me, and I acknowledge and accept these risks.

• By completing and accepting the application, I agree that neither one nor any combination of LAF, the promoter, track owners, or other managers, supporters and their respective officers, officials, representatives and employees (“Parties”) shall bear any responsibility for any loss or damages that may be caused or have occurred as a result of me taking part in event as MEDIA, including but not limited to property damages, economic, financial losses or consequential consequences, for any reason. Nothing in this paragraph is intended or shall be deemed to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury;

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to defend and hold harmless each party for any loss or damage in any way arising from my participation in the Event,

• I certify that I will observe the ethical principles of MEDIA, respect the work of the organizers, and observe generally accepted societal norms.

• I confirm that the Organizer has the right to use photo, video and audio materials created during the drift competition. For advertising purposes, this also includes the publication and reproduction of materials, as well as the transfer of materials to third parties for advertising purposes;

• I confirm that the Organizer collects, stores and destroys my personal data for the purposes of organizing the races. I also give my consent for my data to be transferred to third parties involved in the organization of drift training for the said purpose;

• By completing the drift training application form, participants and/or drivers waive any claims for any kind of compensation that may arise due to accidents. Waiver applies to LAF and the Organizer, officials and other participants and/or drivers.
